Business Broadband Plans are for business use only and not to be used for any personal types of activity or purposes.

Factors such as the performance of the modem, location of the server you’re connected to, the performance of your device and your in-business WiFi setup can impact the speeds experienced.​

For wireless and 4G connections, factors such as the distance you are from a cell tower, the network capability and the overall use of that cell tower by other consumers can impact the speed experienced.​

Fibre broadband and landlines will not work during a power cut. This means the landline and devices such as medical alarms or cordless phones won't work in the event of a power cut. This could impact your ability to contact 999 emergency services. We recommend you have an alternative method, such as a charged mobile phone or a power backup device such as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to keep you connected.
