Financial Accountant

Location: Avarua, Rarotonga, Cook Islands

About Us

As the lead telecommunication provider in the Cook Islands, we’re expanding our finance team and looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to support our financial operations.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of selected bank accounts

• Assist with the reconciliation of revenue and selected balance sheet items

• Assist with the reconciliation of Egate, Stripe and mobile prepay revenue accounts on weekly basis

• Investigate and settle variances as soon as they are known

• Assist with processing invoices and payments

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• years of experience in an accounting role.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
