SUBJECT: We will be listing outstanding debts from 1 November 2024
Vodafone Cook Islands will begin listing all outstanding debts to the Cook Islands Credit Bureau effective from 1 November 2024.
Being listed may affect your ability to borrow from banks or open credit accounts with businesses in the Cook Islands and New Zealand.
We strongly encourage customers with outstanding bills to arrange payment and settle any overdue accounts as soon as possible to avoid being listed.
This decision has been made due to the growing number of unpaid bills, which has a significant impact on our financial processes and obligations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in addressing and settling any outstanding payments.
