Vodafone Cook Islands will no longer accept cheques as a payment option for account bills, reseller account payments or product purchases, effective from 1 November 2024.
Removing cheques has been carefully considered based on frequent issues with cheque payments failing to process, which has impacted the efficiency of our payment process.
We encourage customers to use alternative payment methods such as internet banking or E-Moni.
Other ways to pay your bill
The easiest and most convenient way of making payments on your Vodafone account is electronically, you can do this several ways:
• Internet banking
• E-Moni
Visit our website at vodafone.co.ck/pay-your-bill for detailed instructions.
You can also continue to pay in person with cash or by Eftpos. These can be made at any of our outlets in the outer islands and our main store in Parekura, Rarotonga.
